  My experience has been great and everyone involved in the process of my move here has been excellent. Tabitha, Charlotte, Melissa, Stephan, and Adrian have all gone above and beyond to help me any way they can. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are amazing and I have no complaints.

  For the past year and a half, we have had an incredible experience living here. Franklin Commons is a fantastic community with a wide range of amenities that we make the most of.
  
  Whenever we've encountered any issues, Tabatha, our main point of contact, has been absolutely phenomenal. She promptly addresses our concerns and ensures that we have a clear understanding of what to expect. Additionally, when we decided to upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom, Tabatha took care of the entire process from start to finish. Her exceptional assistance made our transition seamless and played a significant role in our decision to remain at Franklin Commons. Without a doubt, she is the best!

  I lived at Franklin Commons from January 2017 and moved out at lease end which was April 2023. I would have probably stayed on for another year or six months except my father passed away in September 2022 and had to move back home to my parent's house. That being said, I would say that my overall experience here at Franklin Commons was quite positive. My apartment was quite spacious for the rent being paid, although over the years, it did expectedly increase - so I made my last lease renewal in January 2022 for 15 months to reduce it a bit.
  
  I would say the one inconvenience was the laundry - some units I believe had their own washer and dryer, mine was not one of them. So I would drive to the laundry center by the pool - here things were a bit aggravating - the laundry card device for replenishing the amount stopped working, and, as it was never fixed, we were required to use the one by the main office. At times, a washer unit would not work (no water supply, etc), but the door would remain locked as the cycle began. So that would be a 35 min wait just to retrieve clothes and switch to another washer - the units that had the stainless steel finish would always work, so I'd always pick one of them. And at least one of the drying units would actually tear/puncture holes in the clothes.
  
  Besides this, all my maintenance ticket requests were addressed. I will say though that the turnaround time was faster with the management company that was around when I moved in January 2017 (Kettler, if I remember correctly) - after the new one took over, AION Management, the time noticeably increased. After moveout, I did get back some of my security deposit, I think about half - not sure why I didn't get the full amount though - since I believe they are ripping out everything and renovating each apartment anyway.
  
  Overall, it was a good experience with plenty of nice memories. I was planning on leaving either to try and buy a place and/or move to a different location just for a change. The last thing I wanted was needing to leave under the actual circumstances I faced (father passing away). But, as they say, life happens.
