  110% confidence with this company! There was a pipe problem in my basement, And it’s fixed with absolutely no issues now! It’s priceless to have quality work done without any doubt in my mind! They also made time in their extremely busy schedule to fit me in and I’ll forever be grateful for them!

  I had them come out for a home warranty. The gentleman who came was named Richard. He was so helpful and professional. He showed up before the time given and fixed one of the 2 problems. He had to get approval for the 2nd. It's refreshing in these days to have knowledgeable and skilled people come and fix issues. I would definitely keep them in mind for future work.

  Fran Taylor Plumbing & Heating has been absolutely wonderful. I have a home warranty company that selected Fran Taylor and scheduled the day/time for service on a date that didn't work for me so I called Fran Taylor and spoke with a lovely woman who informed me Betty Ann works on the schedules so I called and left a message for her. Within hours, Betty Ann called me back and we found a mutually agreeable day/time for someone to check out my running toilet issue (fortunately it wasn't an immediate need as scheduling a day/time that worked was about a week after we filed our claim). When two gentleman arrived, including Richard, they figured out the issue and told me the next steps in the process, which required waiting for my warranty company to approve the repair and parts needed. The next day I received a call from Betty Ann who told me I was approved and that someone could come out the next business day (a Monday)! I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get someone back to repair my toilet. Richard arrived by about 8:45 am (well within the 7am - 11am time frame) and went to work right away. I truly appreciate how he respected my home and wore the booties I asked him to wear since we have relatively new carpets. He worked very fast and efficiently and even realized he needed a part that would not work with my toilet so he went out right away to a local home improvement store, picked it up and came back. Within about an hour or so Richard had completed and fixed my toilet. Thank you Betty Ann, Richard and the great Fran Taylor team - I definitely recommend them and would use them again if another issue arose.

  I typically don't write Google reviews but in this case I feel compelled to share my wonderful experience with this company. I had to use Fran Taylor because of my home warranty and going forward I will use them for all my future plumbing needs whether it's through my warranty or not.
  - My first phone call was from Sandy in the office who could not have been nicer or more helpful.
  - When I told Sandy I have an infant she and the scheduler Betty went above and beyond to help me get my problem resolved as quickly as they could. Betty and Sandy are rockstars to this company and give a great first impression.
  - There was a snowstorm the night before my scheduled service to have my water heater replaced and Sandy let me know immediately that they would have to reschedule and was extremely apologetic. We totally understand out of control things happen and really appreciated the constant communication. The appoint was immediately rescheduled and the plumbers were out the next day.
  - Rick and his assistant showed up 15 minutes early and were very professional. They removed my old water heater and brought the new one in carefully and installed it in no time. The whole process took about an hour.
  - Rick explained my new water heater to me and asked if I had any questions.
  From start to finish my husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I know these reviews mean a lot and believe me when I say you will have a good experience with Fran Taylor.
