  Frame it Easy is “the whole enchilada” when quality, price and customer service are considered. We just purchased two vintage posters that mandated a custom mat and frame job with actual frames ending up close to 20 x 25 and 24 x 30. Although their website is simple to navigate, Erica ( a REAL person) was on hand to make the process even easier when I called with a couple of questions.
  If you’ve never done it before, it may seem like a daunting task to frame something yourself, but Frame it Easy could not make it any easier. They have clear, written instructions which are supplemented with videos if necessary, and IT IS EASY! Both the mats and frames are precise to exactly the size required, and each piece took approximately 20 minutes to frame IF you take three minutes to read the instructions first. We discovered them when we were in Florida, and everything was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. For this order, I did not pay a shipping fee because I took advantage of the fact that they are local enough (in Derby, CT) so I could pick up the frames in person and stop at Roseland Pizza to pick up dinner. Both custom made mats and frames totaled $175. (A big bonus here is that I actually got to support a small business and buy LOCAL!)

  Beautiful work and love how easily customizable everything is. I’ve ordered many times with no issue. However, I just received a large print yesterday where the frame had been bent in shipping. I sent an email last night and by this morning they were already sending me replacement parts. It’s the best service I’ve ever had with receiving a product that has been damaged. Especially since it was no fault of their own.

  Just placed for third order and have always been highly satisfied with the ease of ordering and quality of the frames. Nice frames at a great price compared to a custom frame shop!

  Received everything within one week! Another frame company I’ve worked with gave me a 4 - 6 week window. That’s what I call great service. Received everything in perfect condition. Packaged very well. I did like the aluminum frame was already put together versus having to insert the brackets into each corner and screw them in. The hardware including a picture hook were top notch! This company has certainly earned my future business. Couldn’t be happier with the final product! Thank you!
