  I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company! Janice McGhee is our rep and she is fantastic. She has answers to all of my questions. The dumb ones, the complicated ones and the ones I don't even know how to ask! She and the entire office are incredibly responsive. I've never had to wait more than an hour, but most answers come in under five minutes. Last week, I was standing at the DMV counter and realized I needed a different name on the insurance card I was about to hand over. I texted Janice and she turned around the new card in under three minutes – I kid you not! I find insurance incredibly confusing, so customer service like this is priceless to me.

  I've been going through Fraleigh and Rakow for years, and they've always been reliable and easy to work with. DJ is always quick to answer any questions and help me get the best car insurance rates!

  I was with Allstate for a few years and they kept raising my rates significantly each year.... I reached out to Janice at Fraleigh and Rakow for a quote for home, 2 cars and umbrella. I didn't want to cheap quote, I wanted a low quote for very good coverage. Janice came in a full $600 below Allstate. That was amazing, I could not be more pleased. Janice is always responsible to my inquiries.

  Had been having concerns/issues about my house/car insurance with Allstate, State Farm and Geico agencies. Was lucky enough to find Fraleigh and Rakow in Rhinebeck. Addam Rakow could not have been more helpful in dealing with my former insurance company to transfer all the info, helping me find insurance and getting everything set up. DJ and the staff are always available for questions. Have never had to 'leave a message' for a call back - someone always answers the phone. Feel very confident with F&R and know they are there if I need them.

  Every interaction I've had has been professional and thorough. My broker, DJ, is very responsive to communication and has always been able to address my concerns and provide information that I request.
  
  When I asked for an auto insurance quote years ago, I was given an offer for comparable insurance coverage through another provider with significant savings, and I accepted. I recently obtained quotes from five companies through my employer that offered a discount for auto insurance; I was pleased to learn I am still getting a better rate now than I would by switching. In all, I've been very happy with their services.
