(July 20, 2023, 11:07 am)4 Seasons was very professional, their craftsmanship excellent, and their communication excellent. We used them to completely rebuild our chimney that was literally disintegrating and install gutter guards. I had very specific requirements regarding the dampers and exceeded my expectations. When they encountered some damages that weren’t part of the initial estimate, they were upfront about the cost - but reasonable with the cost as well.
They also made it easy for me to communicate with them via text so I didn’t need to roll the dice by calling them, hoping to get a human. I had a million questions so that also made it easy so I didn’t need to flood them with countless calls well.
They were also very flexible in scheduling the work as well.
I would never hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. -

(June 27, 2023, 7:01 pm)I recently had my roof and then shortly later had my chimney cleaned. Both services by the company were done well. The roof was completed in one day with no issues. The cleanup was done right. The price was fair.

Tech was prompt and provided customer with update when he was on the way to the property. Considerate and informative. Good price for the value especially if you sign up for 4-5 year service contract. We will be using this business again next year to have our chimney cleaned. Thank you!
