(November 8, 2022, 5:08 am)TCS New York City marathon start village. Very well organized. Spacious. Coffee bagel, energy drink, gels and water available. No queues at the restrooms. Big screen to watch the race and follow instructions in multiple languages. Lots of super kind volunteers. It’s clean, garbage gets sorted to recycle. Therapy dog station available to ease the nerves. Security is good and there is visible crowd control observance from the tower. Great experience

(September 8, 2021, 3:04 pm)Very cool and interesting place to visit. Lots of boards with info about the different things you are seeing. I did not enter Battery Weed as it was locked but it was fun to see up close regardless. The views of the water, bridge and skyline are great. There are benches also closer to the bridge if you just want to relax and take in the view. Check out the old defense cannon by that area also.

(August 21, 2021, 11:40 am)I love this place. The view of the water and Verazano Bridge is amazing. Looking at the sky at nigh, hearing the cricketst and watching the sun rise is absolutely therapeutic.
The staff is super nice and welcoming. -

(July 5, 2021, 11:16 am)Nice views of the manhattan and Brooklyn area, as well as the verazzano bridge. If you're bringing a camera, try to get a telephoto lens, you will get some nice shots of the skyline. It's worth a quick stop to check it out!
