  Beautiful park with picnic tables and playground. Located right on the Delaware river so you can take the ferry to Delaware and explore more. This park is dog friendly. So much to do. Play, picnic or walk the historic trail. Bathrooms on premise.

  Beautiful place to walk around. Right on the Delaware Bay it’s an off the beaten track kind of place. Wonderful scenery. Neat to see learn the history of the fort as you walk around. Fort itself needs some TLC but it’s a great place to get away, enjoy a picnic lunch and walk. You can also get a ferry over to Delaware.

  I had a lovely visit here. A lot of ground to cover, a variety of views and trails. I love all of the history that was provided around the park. Great place for kids and walking dogs. Also, there are plenty of benches and rest spots.

  This has been on our fall photo shoots list of places for a few years now. Besides the great photo ops its also a great place to visit, experience history first hand. How as Americans we had to defend this land from tyranny who would not let us live free. Also nice for picnics and watching sunsets. Take the ferry to pea patch and fort Delaware for a great day out with the family or kids.
