(February 14, 2023, 10:30 am)Formal Affair is the only place I will go. They are so kind and understanding and Audete the store manager and the rest go above and beyond. I rented a vest and pants and bowtie from here and had it all fitted. I was going to wear it for a daddy daughter date with my kid but she ended up getting sick. Instead of Audete saying ohhh darn she insisted I call back when my daughter and I wanted to go on a date and she would let me have the outfit back free of charge. I know a tux or vest isnt a everyday thing but I do know I will NEVER rent from anyone else. Formal Affair has a customer for life just based on this interaction and me leaving feeling happy knowing that ill still be able to dress as snazzy as I intended for my little girl.

My brothers came from out of town and they were able to get them tuxes on short notice when they arrived for the wedding weekend. Super easy process through and through. Everyone looked fantastic!
