  Forest Park Apartment is an excellent place to call home. The 2 Bed Room layout is spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy living space. The leasing officers were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, making the move-in experience smooth and enjoyable. Any service requests were handled promptly and responsively, showcasing the management's commitment to resident satisfaction. I would highly recommend Forest Park Apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free living environment.

  Very nice apartment complex. Super friendly office stuff and maintenance crew. Pool closures without notice are a little disappointing.

  Hi, first off I greatly enjoy my stay at forest park. Rocky hill overall is pretty pleasant place to live, especially coming from a big city if slow and quiet is what your looking for.
  Forest park for me seem to do great for my family experience but you will encounter retired and/or single folks. If you have a family this can create problem with the noise expectations, you’ll hear often that the wall are paper thin, so it’s not unusual to hear another unit conversation. Forest park management however have been understanding in this factor.
  One of the cons I do have about forest park is the key issue. Maintenance has a master key of everyone unit for emergency but it’s also used for common prevent maintenance. There the issue of them not knocking before entering, so you give up that level of control over who enter your home. Property management has been ok with notifying us before hand but there times where there no notifications.
  Outside these there no real complaints, my family enjoy I stay here at forest park.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Douglas at Forest Park Apartments Rocky Hill and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of assistance and professionalism that she provided. From the moment I first contacted Stephanie Douglas, she was responsive, courteous, and incredibly helpful.
  
  She took the time to understand my needs and preferences for an apartment, and then worked diligently to find options that would meet those criteria. She was patient with my questions and concerns and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
  
  Throughout the leasing process, Stephanie was communicative and proactive in keeping me informed about important deadlines and requirements. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of smoothly and efficiently, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend Stephanie and Forest Park Apartments Rocky Hill to anyone looking for a great place to live. The level of service and care that I received was truly outstanding. Thank you for making my apartment search, move-in process & stay such a positive experience!
