Her calm, pleasant demeanor is very encouraging and her style of teaching very good for beginners in that she gives less challenging options for some positions. Highly recommend!

She was very thorough and easy to follow while fluidly offering modifications for those who needed it. I was very happy at the end of the session vowing to go back again! Cant wait to take more classes with her instruction. Thanks, Jen!
