Look no further for the best karate school hands down! Keith is not only extremely talented and knowledgeable but he is absolutely amazing with his students! Our son has been training for 4 years with him and it’s been the best experience of his life!

My daughter loves karate and enjoys working hard and progressing, thanks to FLOW. We see how proud she is of her accomplishments and Keith is an excellent teacher!

Keith is an amazing instructor. He is a great role model for the children to look up to. His program gives the kids structure and self-confidence. He pushes them outside their comfort zone in the most rewarding way. My son has benefited from this program in so many ways. He has made new friends, and improved his coordination. He has learned about reaching small goals in order to reach larger goals. The school is always clean and the schedule is convenient. I can’t say enough good things about Flow Martial Arts!

As a father who grew up playing all sports and never tried Karate I can say this has been life changing for my son. I owe it all to Keith and his staff but primarily Keith. He defines role model and a true leader!!! I don’t give that praise out often as myself is a great leader. This man has changed my son for the better and I could never repay what he has done!!! I like how are kids are treated the same no favoritism but likes how he is not just preparing for martial arts but for life!!!
