(July 19, 2023, 8:21 am)The BEST croissants I’ve ever had. The fruit/nut stuffed flavors are my favorite thing in the whole world! Cristina is the sweetest and you could really tell how much love and care she puts into each pastry. I’ve visited her at pop ups and markets a few times, and recently visited her new store. It’s beautiful and so clean. The displays and atmosphere is so inviting and make me wish I could get 10 of each! Can’t wait to come back

(July 1, 2023, 3:22 pm)By far the best bakery I’ve ever been to. The staff is super nice and their baked goods are spectacular! The croissants have so many layers of light flaky goodness! The cookies are baked to perfection and taste just as good as they look. Everything they make here is so delicious, I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for some delicious baked goods!

(July 1, 2023, 11:36 am)I love this place .. everything is delicious and special but only complaint is the gluten free options are only one thing which sold out fast and never replaced since and I go in daily.. my partner is celiac and we would enjoy together if he had some options ad well

(June 8, 2023, 6:44 pm)So happy to have a great spot close by to get amazing pastries. They are all so yummy. Well crafted and so delicious. I have always loved a great croissant and these don't disappoint. They are flaky and buttery and tender on the inside. The shop also has amazing other pastries and refrigerator with dips. They have cakes too. They will be having salads and coffee too. And, locally made bread too.

(August 20, 2022, 4:21 pm)Cristina helped me with my sister’s bridal shower by making four cakes and two different style cookies. Her suggestions and decorating ideas are sublime! The flavors of the cakes, fillings, and cookies (which were the party favors) were decadent and perfectly complimentary. Everything traveled so well and looked and tasted incredibly fresh and custom. Working with her and communicating about the order and pick up was seamless and stress free. I truly cannot recommend Flourbud enough. From the stellar work on this event, to their farmers market treats, this is by far and away my favorite bakery on Long Island. Contact Cristina for your next party and you will be in love with her artisanship and quality products!
