(September 13, 2022, 6:51 pm)Kevin, Dave, and Kathie are a great group to work with! I needed a runner for my hardwood steps and they came out amazing! Kevin came by twice to give me quotes because I had questions and wanted to see more options. He was extremely patient and helped me every step of the way. When it came to the install, Dave was awesome! On time, neat, and professional. Kathie helped with scheduling my appointments and taking payment at the end of the installation. She made sure I was 110% happy before proceeding. I will definitely use them again next time I need a carpet install.

I am a contractor who has worked with several flooring companies and Floor Coverings International exceeds them all! Great selection of readily available options at a reasonable price. Flawless installation.
Shout out to Kathie in the office who is prompt, organized, and easy to work with. Kevin the project manager/installer did an outstanding job and the finished product looks great!

(July 20, 2022, 3:29 pm)I really can’t say enough about how seamless everyone made the carpeting of a small bedroom for us. We were working with Lowes to get a small room finished before family was coming for a visit, and they canceled our appointment for a quote last minute. I called Kathie since we had some previous work done, and she had an appointment for a quote set up for 2 hours later. Kevin brought out carpet samples and worked with me to ensure we had the carpet installed within a few days. Everyone from Kevin the owner, Kathie at the office, and the installers are a pleasure to work with! The carpet looks great, definitely will be back for our next flooring project.
