Frank brought us several samples to closely match the carpet we wanted. Once we selected the pattern, the carpet was ordered and the installation was scheduled promptly. The installation team was friendly and efficient. They did a great job. Highly recommend if you are looking for new flooring.

Great communications and they were very accommodating when it came to fixing some minor trim issues. Very happy with the entire experience and would strongly recommend them!

(July 4, 2023, 9:36 am)Excellent experience - Mobile show room arrived and the choices were amazing. The installation went perfect. Three sets of stairs all sanded and refinished beautifully. All four levels of flooring over 3000 square feet looks absolutely incredible.

(June 9, 2023, 5:10 pm)"I am very pleased with the service. The guys working were very understanding with my dogs, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The floor was just as described. My only issue is the stairs. The end pieces don't all sit flat and some seem like they could come up. I had the tape on for 2 days just in case but they still seems a little off. If that could be fixed , I would move the 9 to a 10/10!"

(January 15, 2023, 10:14 pm)Very good experience. The first installation didn’t go very well. The rugs were put in the wrong rooms then the runner was completely wrong. The installers corrected the runner and it is perfect now. The rugs and runner are so beautiful and so soft. We are very pleased.

Very honest and makes you feel comfortable with everything he is telling you, from price to recommendations. Not like the sleezy salesmen from televised flooring companies. Their showroom is HUGE with a ton of selections or the salesman will bring samples to your home.
