  I have been a member since Oct 2021 and I have seen dramatic results. There are variety of pLans from price sessions, to small training groups and classes. The reason for my rating is hands down the trainers. They are fitness experts who put form and safety first. For every workout, I know where I should feel the exercise...and, more importantly, where I shouldn't. I feel challenged and encouraged.
  
  I cannot recommend them enough.

  I was very uncomfortable at any gym, mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. Katey is patient and understanding of this, and works with you through every step of your journey no matter what that may be The trainers have made such a difference in my confidence and my life in general. I never feel uncomfortable or judged once I walk through flex force’s gym which is not something I can say about any other gym I’ve ever been to. Also, I love going to the gym I look forward to it, and am upset when I can’t make it!
  No matter who you are, or what your journey Flex Force is that place to be!

  Absolute best gym - I can’t ever see myself going anywhere else. Flex force is more than just a gym…it’s truly become my home. The trainers and other members have become some of my closest friends. The workouts are always different so it’s impossible to get bored, and you’ll make progress without even realizing it because you’re having fun along the way. I’d recommend flex force to anyone looking for a gym that’s truly different.

  I have been coming to Flexforce since 2015!! Katey has helped me achieve so many goals. After taking almost a three year break, i started again at Flexforce this year again. It felt like I never left! I'm getting stronger and working towards my goals. Everyone here is so kind and friendly! If you are doubting yourself, STOP and just join the team!!

  If you’re excited to get started on your workout journey or need to shake things up Flex Force is the perfect place for you! Before I joined I kept doing boring workouts at the gym or at home and was losing motivation. After a few classes at Flex Force I knew I was in the right place. The community mentality here is so strong and the mix of classes keeps me engaged. Gone are the days of boring workouts!
