  I moved from New York to Boston and I ended up choosing Flat Rate because after I filled out the quote information they called me. I was a little confused with their online app (by the way, the download from the app store doesn't work because it's made for an older version of Android, but app and the website are basically the same thing, so I just had the website bookmarked for my move), but before my move someone called me to confirm everything so it's all good. The actual movers were great too. Bob and his team were super professional and organized. They had the list I had originally made with the guy on the phone to check off stuff, but they were happy to add stuff too. They moved out and then moved in all of my stuff super fast too. They had my number, so we were in communication with each other (they arrived at the new apartment before I did).
  
  I'd recommend Flat Rate to anyone else. The price was great, the movers were great, and all of my stuff was taken care of.

  Moving with FlatRate was fantastic. Daniel and his team were immensely helpful and their pace was fast without compromising the quality of their work. All of our belongings made it from point A to point B without incident. Highly recommend!

  I have told all of my friends about the great service I received during my moving experience. The movers came in and went through all of the paperwork with me then they started working immediately. I was very impressed with how efficient the process was and I will definitely be using FlatRate Moving again.

  This is my second time utilizing FlatRate Moving services. The movers are always on time, professional, and helpful. They can easily accommodate last-minute changes and the movers are always very friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is moving. They also have storage unit options available as well for those who need to store their belongs in between houses.

  Mustafa and his team were absolutely amazing. I was moving my parents belongings, accumulated over 50 years from the Bronx to Long Island. There were many antique pieces,delicate furniture and ceramics among the many items. Mustafa and his team were kind,patient,and very thorough throughout the 2 day move. No items were damaged and we were delighted with their professionalism and humanity. We have used Flat Rate for many moves and will continue to do so!
