(December 10, 2019, 4:06 pm)What a total gem to find in Connecticut. The house is exquisitely decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. The hallway pantry inviting and charming. Our dogs enjoyed being greeted by the llamas each morning. Caryn is so gracious and helpful. This is a must stay home away from home.

Her small farm is a bustling country place of peaceful activity with chickens, alpaca and a darling goose name Lucy. We felt very much at home and appreciated the wonderful amenities of this sweet guesthouse for the 2 weeks we were there. The kitchen had everything imaginable for the home and professional chef. Caryn was there for anything we could possibly need and still provided privacy. Thank you so much Caryn! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Specialties: Farm stay with luxury accommodations. Flat Rock Farm is a working alpaca and chicken farm with a guest house for visitors. There are two bedrooms and two smaller baths, ideally suited to a family as the downstairs bedroom offers two twin sized beds and the upstairs master includes a king sized bed and palladian windows on either end of the building for a magnificently spacious feel.
