(January 8, 2023, 2:37 pm)Amy with Fit Momma Training has created a very welcoming and fun virtual workout studio where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their desired results and feel connected to a workout studio. Amy provides a variety of different workout classes throughout the week (including at different times throughout the day) offering modifications so everyone feels included. She really encourages growth and development for each one of her clients. Amy is very pleasant and cheerful to interact with.
Over the last year, I have been very consistent and committed to Amy's workout classes where I have been able to hit fitness goals, see a difference in myself and generally feel great.
I highly recommend giving Amy with Fit Momma Training a try - you won't be disappointed. -

(December 31, 2022, 5:48 pm)Amy is the great, inspiring and motivating instructor. It’s been 6 months I am working out with her, she offers huge variety of workouts with or without weights. I just love working out with her, it was fabulous 2022, I feel am in a great form overall and hoping to continue in 2023.

(December 30, 2022, 12:46 am)I always enjoy working out with Amy. She offers many diverse fitness classes and is an excellent coach. She motivates you to push through challenging workouts and demonstrates correct form. If you have any injuries, she will give you alternatives.
