(September 19, 2022, 11:44 am)I gained several lbs during the peak of Covid and was tired of making excuses for myself so I wanted to look for a personal trainer since it was tough for me to go to the gym. I was so glad to find Michelle, who helped me with my goals while making sure I don’t hurt myself. She challenged me at a pace that worked for me. 2 years later, I feel stronger, toner, and have an overall better posture. I am not getting back pain from sitting in front of my computer for work. She made such a positive impact one me that I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Thank you Michelle!

(March 26, 2019, 8:53 pm)Michelle is a wonderful personal trainer. I’ve been going to her boot camp classes twice a week for over 2 years now and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Her workouts have made me fit and strong. Her classes are challenging, high energy and fun; She’s always prepared with a different workout and the newest music. Michelle is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to everyone.

(October 8, 2017, 10:09 pm)I worked out with Michelle for 2 months and I definitely saw changes in my body! I feel very healthy both mentally and physically.I really enjoy working out with Michelle. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. She always makes sure the forms are correct and explain every exercises thoroughly. She has different workouts for each sessions and it is challenging and fun! I feel stronger and more energized after every workouts! I highly recommend Michelle; she's truly fantastic!
