(December 4, 2021, 7:47 am)If you are serious about getting in shape, then this gym is definitely for you !! The owner, Ismael, knows exactly what you need to do to tackle what you want to change ! He’s ALWAYS evolving, switching up techniques so you’re not stuck in a plateau, and he makes working out enjoyable ! He’s not one of those trainers who screams in your face nor is he one who just sits back and just watches you work out. He learns you, he goes at your flow, and he definitely PUSHES you to your limit, to the point you feel like giving up because you’re working out muscles you didn’t even know was there lol, but he will not allow you to give up on yourself ! He strives and is determined for you to be the best version of yourself. You come to the gym to reach a goal or to even just to feel good, and at FAT you’ll get just that !

Workouts that push you to the next level and give you everything you look for or need in a gym! Coach Ish Davila has been my trainer for years even as a NCAA College athlete and now that I'm at his gym I wont go anywhere else. 🔥🔥🔥 The atmosphere is unique and unmatchable and you will automatically feel like home! Make your way there or get in contact! You wont regret it!

Coach Davila has played a major part in where I stand today physically. His attention to detail and enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious. His lead by example approach is a component of his gym that I believe is most special! When you’re counting the hours until the next session, you know you are in a good place! I encourage everyone to give Fit and Tatted Gym a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The head trainer and owner Ismael is my personal trainer and has helped me achieve significant results in such a short time. Classes at this gym are head and shoulders above other gyms I've attended because everything has been personalized to me. Most importantly the atmosphere is positive and everyone has been very friendly! I’d give this place 10 ⭐️ if i could! Highly recommend!

(December 3, 2021, 6:43 pm)I began working out at Fit and Tatted Gym about a month ago when they officially opened up. My trainer Ish is one of a kind. Everyday is different workouts, high intensity and he pushes the whole group every single day to be better, it is exactly what I needed. I am very happy with choosing this gym, and I am already seeing results! I will be definitely staying here for a very long time! Highly recommend!
