He was here in 1 day, cleaned and got the fireplace working. I couldn’t be happier with his service. If your looking for someone who is knowledgeable and courteous then this is you person. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

I woke up one cold morning looking to light my gas fireplace at which time it did not work. My wife reached out to Fireplaces First and spoke to Don. Don was able to respond on the same day. Don was extremely knowledgeable and came well prepared for the situation. Don assessed the situation and had the parts needed to repair the fireplace as well as the remote control that was previously missing. Thank you Don and Nancy for a job well done.

He was kind enough to fit me into his schedule and literally took the entire unit apart cleaned and resolved the issue. His experience and workmanship was evident as the fireplace operates and looks new.

(February 4, 2022, 8:59 am)Thank you, Don! The gas fireplace in our new home hadn't been converted to natural gas when the previous owner switched from LP to natural gas. Don put us on his busy schedule to convert the fireplace and install a new remote control. It was a few hour job for him to change it over, but he did a fine job. He had all the parts needed to get the old burner system running on natural gas. The flame burns great and the remote is extremely handy! We highly recommend Fireplaces First to service your gas fireplace!
