  Fireplace Surplus has unbelievable customer service. They were incredibly quick to respond to my initial inquiry and sent quotes promptly. We worked with Chris on our project and he was phenomenal. We had some minor issues with our delivery and installation (outside of the purview of Fireplace Surplus) and Chris handled all of our issues with immediacy and professionalism. The cost of our fireplace was 30% lower than what we were quoted locally in San Diego with a distributor and Fireplace Surplus shipped our order to our front door free of charge. We saved thousands by going with them. I highly, highly recommend this company. They go way above and beyond to make their customers happy and supported.

  Had a nearly impossible time trying to get customer service at a stove store 2 blocks from my house, so I turned to the internet. I was immediately contacted and walked through the sales process and 8 days later my insert arrived at my door! I was sent a list of local installers bur they were all booked solid so we put in ourselves. We are so thrilled with our new stove and would gladly recommend to a friend!
