  I have never stepped foot in this store, but Dave and his staff are exceptional. I own a Regency GCI60 pellet stove and I was getting an error code that I could not resolve. I called one shop and could not even get someone to call me back. On a whim I called Fireplace Depot and within a day I had my pellet stove working again. Even more amazing they requested a video and walked me through fixing the issue without a charge. They could have easily required a service appointment and charged me for their time and knowledge, but they simply helped and I appreciate them. I will never go anywhere else. Refreshing to see a company that is willing to help and money wasn’t the motivating factor. Bravo guys!!!!

  Excellent customer service! I went to a local company and was not satisfied. I contacted Fireplace Depot and was connected with David. He was extremely responsive and informative. Thanks to his expertise we were able to make our purchase (with our first electric fireplace); a seamless process! The installers did an excellent job as well. I recommend having the company complete the install so you have no worries/no stress! Good customer service can be difficult to come across these days (as noted by my experience at the local fireplace store), however this was not the case at Fireplace Depot with Dave! Thank you!

  I called Fireplace Depot regarding replacement gas logs.
  The response from David was prompt and polite.
  I sent the requested information, he sent me pictures and a reasonable estimate.
  Logs were ordered and he replacement was within 10 days- a great turn- over considering we did this over Thanksgiving!
  The technicians were not only proficient and efficient, they were extremely polite.
  Clean up was included.
  I highly recommend Fireplace Depot!

  Excellent company! We called and the manager said he can tell us what to do over the phone. We opted for a service call instead and Myles did an awesome job cleaning the logs teaching us about the fireplace. Professional thorough inspection. Highly recommend this company.

  After shopping around, noticed that pricing is about the same everywhere. The products Fireplace carries are more solid so I proceeded with them. Only professional service was received the entire time and they entertained my very particular engineering needs and details. If you need anything that they can provide, definitely proceed as it will be a pleasure of a project vs a headache! Can't wait to run my baby 24/7, it already did for two days but currently toooo hot.
