  The beach was beautiful, but we didn't get the chance to go in the Visitor Center because it was already closed.

  The visitors center was finally open again and had a sign posted offering various classes upcoming. There is also a little Museum above the visitor center, though im.not sure its opened. The path adjacent to the visitor center offers a beautiful and Scenic walk, partially boardwalk then in the sand. Views of Ocean, bay and beach.

  It was a windy day and the rangers were helpful at giving us stamps. Have to park at Smith Point County Park for 16 bucks.
