  First, they have beautiful collections and in sizes I couldn't find anywhere. Secondly, their staff is wonderful and helpful. At first other places told me my item was discontinued but Mendy found it for me and got back to me and being a consumer and not a retailer, gave me a number of places in my neighborhood to order it. I am so grateful for her concern and help. I would highly recommend Fine Fixtures and especially Mendy.

  I own a plumbing company and I recommend all my clients to go to fine fixtures and ask for Mendy. She is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to all the little parts of fixtures especially if you need a replacement part. Overall they have great products at a decent price and customer service is on point.

  Fine fixtures are truly the real deal. When you have questions about a product it is so difficult to get an answer for days and sometimes never from a company. But not Fine Fixtures, I highly recommend this company because they still care about good customer service. Mendy from customer service definitely has proven that, she is amazing. She even went out of her way to measure the product and send me photos, unbelievable in todays world. Thank you Mendy and Fine Fixtures for all you do for your customers.

  It was my desire to create a bathroom in a small area next to a study hall that gave the feeling of being spacious and elegant, one where someone needing to get away and clear their head could go and relax. I searched for hours on-line until I came across a line of beautiful bathroom vanities by Fine Fixtures. Their pieces were simple, understated, modern and eye-catching. I wanted a high-end piece and I didn't want to pay a fortune. This was the one company that met all of my requirements. I only hoped that their customer service was as good as their products. I was pleasantly surprised that within hours of sending them an e-mail with a question about the vanity that I had installed, I received a call back. I was met with courtesy and professionalism, consistent with the quality of the vanity. It is my hope to do business with Fine Fixtures with my next construction project as they have exceeded my expectations in all areas.

  We had amazing service with Fine Fixtures. Our vanity arrived on time but the sink did not fit. When we called customer service, Mendy was incredible to work with! He immediately sent out another sink ( it arrived the very next day!) and it looks great!!! We Love it! Highly recommend!!
