  I have nothing but great things to say about Final Round Training. Gary and his team are nothing short of excellent and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape. The trainers are not only very knowledgable, but also super attentive, kind, and supportive. The atmosphere here is always positive and welcoming. Classes are always carefully thought out and the trainers really prioritize ensuring your success. I've been very happy with my experience here and strongly urge anyone looking for a gym to explore Final Round Training.

  My daughter loves the Heroes in Training class offered at Final Round Training. The coaches are great with the kids and the exercises & obstacle courses they set up are challenging without seeming intimidating to a 4-5 year old. My daughter leaves every class full of confidence & talking about how strong she is getting. So glad we found this program!

  The Heroes in Training program at Final Round is amazing! The coaches are highly skilled at providing a structured program that is fun, engaging, and holds the attention of young kids. It’s a very clean and welcoming space and a caring environment. Our four year old daughter loves it!

  Our son has been attending the toddler "Heroes in Training" program since it began about a year ago. Not only does he love the classes, but his speed, strength and coordination have (and continue) to improve tremendously. The coaches are all so friendly and patient both with the heroes and their parents! They know how to keep the children engaged while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all. I'm so glad a program is like this is available for our son and other energetic little ones!
