The owner/trainer, Johnny, really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goal. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with workouts. The gym gives such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the door. If you want a life changing gym experience, I urge you to check out this gym!!

The level of care, investment in your success and commitment to safely pushing you to be your best is unlike any place we’ve encountered before. John and his sons treat a person holistically, ensuring you are caring for yourself on all fronts while meeting fitness goals. What an incredible team. Michelle is caring attentive and helps ensure you have what you need and are feeling good about the session. My son (high school, physically inactive) comes home from every session proud of himself and eager to push himself. That kind of motivation takes a strong teacher to instill. So very grateful we found them!
