Andrew called me back promptly and was able to get a bike for me within my budget (and even tempted me with a really good price on a full suspension bike). Great to work with and very communicative.

(May 14, 2023, 3:19 pm)Have been talking my Gary Fisher 29er to Fetty for several Seasons now. ALWAYS pleased with his Shop’s attention to detail and professional Service. Have had multiple bad experiences at other Bike Shops over the years but Fetty’s has never let me down. He was able to solve an ongoing problem with my remote adjustable seat post that was improperly installed by another Shop who couldn’t / wouldn’t get it right after multiple attempts to fix. Mr. Fetty went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue and rebuilding/reinstalling the seat post. It works flawlessly now- like it should’ve when new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
