  Jared Ferruggia is more then a personal trainer. I've known him for a very long time and have never seen him treat a client like a client, they are immediate friends and eventually family. His experience and personal touch are part of the reason he's been so successful in the fitness industry. He's trained my entire family, from my wife and I to my now 2 teenage athletes. I would highly recommend Ferruggia Fitness based out of Watchung, NJ.

  Jared is the best trainer. He makes individualized work out plans to meet your goals. My son is a high school athlete and working with him has increased his strength tremendously. His confidence on and off the ice has improved greatly. Jared takes as much pride in his clients' success as the client. He's proud of their achievements because he knows they both worked together. His clients' success is his success. I highly recommend him as a trainer!

  I can't say enough good things about Jared. My son started working out with him and has had phenomenal results. Jared has become a true mentor to him.   Been working with Jared for over half a year and could not have asked for more. My strength has improved tremendously since I started and his facility is great. He knows what is best for each client, and can be trusted to help you accomplish whatever goals you may have. Jared is very easy to get along with and is very flexible when it comes to your schedule, and I have a great time training with him.

  Jared is a true professional. He takes the time to work with each client and build a regiment that not only fits one’s goals but also busy schedules.
  
  I have seen great results in just a few weeks. As an owner of a MMA gym it is essential that I am in peak physical shape. Jared helps ensure this while keeping me injury free.
  
  Best part he will come to my facility when I need it. Otherwise I have the pleasure to train at his well appointed and state of the art faculty.
  
  All in all a great customer experience with even better results. I highly recommend!
