(January 9, 2022, 8:09 am)First time ordering from this establishment. Unfortunately not the experience I hoped for. Ordered just a chicken sandwich for takeout. The chicken was severely overcooked. So dry I only ate half and threw the rest out. The breading crunch was hardened, flaky, and barely chewable.
I will give this place another shot as mistakes happen, but definitely not the first impression I was hoping for!
UPDATE: Owner reached out immediately and I believe will actually look into this issue and discuss with the kitchen. This restaurant has an attentive, caring owner and deserves our business in the community. I will absolutely be returning for another visit because of the customer service. -

(December 18, 2021, 8:42 am)Ordered take out. I got the cheesy chicken and mashed with gravy, hubs got a sandwich and fries. Both were delightful- even as take out when the food is a little soggy no matter what you do. Gave us tons of ketchup and utensils also, which was unexpected but extremely appreciated and nice. Previously my husband has been and has now tried a few iterations of their sandwiches with great pleasure. Once he brought me home a slice of the peanut butter pie and it was ah-maz-ing. Would recommend and will be back!

(April 26, 2021, 9:18 pm)Just tried for the first time. We got the family bucket of chicken - two breasts and two thighs, with 2 biscuits and sides - mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. Everything was delicious! A little on the pricy side if comparing to fast food restaurants but I don't think it's fair to make that comparison and we've been lacking a restaurant in this area that serves this kind of food, from scratch. I woke up the next morning wishing I had leftovers to eat for lunch.
