  I came to see Dr. Feldman with my lower back pain. I was about to go on an overseas trip and I knew I needed help quickly as I wouldn’t be able to sit with this pain on a flight for 8 hour straight. Dr. Feldman worked on my back for 1 hour. The next day I immediately felt the difference, I was much better and I was traveling pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman to anyone who is suffering with back pains as healing is possible.

  I was fortunate to meet Dr. Feldman at a school wellness event this June. I could tell immediately that Feldenkrais was what I wanted and needed to do for my body to feel better.
  I had been carrying the weight of work and caring for my mother in my body.
  I was experiencing left knee & shoulder pain for months and seeing another chiropractor regularly did not correct the problems.
  As soon as my first session ended, I could feel my feet firmly grounded as I had not for too long to remember.
  I began seeing Dr. Feldman 3 times a week in mid July.Each visit was different than the previous one. He did what my body needed and I began to regain more flexibility in my back, shoulders & neck. My pelvis was supporting my torso as never before and I began to feel "taller". I was swinging my arms when I walked and was looking forward, not down, as I walked. All of these changes, and more, have been a result of the chiropractic adjustments, Feldenkrais and cranial-sacral work Dr. Feldman has been incorporating into my sessions.
  I now notice that I bend and lift things more easily & efficiently than before I began seeing Dr. Feldman. My stance is wider and cleaning,(still not my favorite activity) is easier now. I see much further when backing up my car and i am using my back and body when i do.
  Overall, I'd describe the changes as cumulative. Each session has given me more freedom of movement.
  Situations that used to trigger immediate reactions in me are having less impact. I notice that I am more able to chose what to say.
  This has been a learning experience, a process that I look forward to continuing. Lillian

  Dr. Feldman’s work is incredibly remarkable! I’ve sought help from many other practitioners and modalities, but have not gotten benefits that are so amazing and all encompassing as those I received in just 2 sessions with Ed.
  
  Almost 3 years ago, I suffered one of the most debilitating injuries: a broken heel with a detached Achilles tendon. This injury, in addition to its own recovery issues, has caused structural problems throughout my body, as well as emotional issues.
  
  With one Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy session and one Feldenkrais Method session with Ed, I experienced tremendous relief, and felt truly at home again in my body for the first time since my accident! I had not even realized how disorienting and frightening it had been for me to feel how unfamiliar my body was to me. Dr. Feldman’s work brought such relief in so many ways.
  
  My whole body, as well as my mind, is more at peace now. My foot and ankle have greater range of motion and less pain. My leg feels straighter and the muscles are working more cooperatively together. My lower back is more comfortable as well, less apt to get thrown out of alignment to create even more problems for me, and prohibit me from walking even short distances without pain.
  
  Somehow, Ed seemed to differentiate and separate what I can only describe as a sense of clumped up muscles that were not allowing my body to work properly. It had been impossible for me to regain range of motion in my foot and ankle without the rest of my body working correctly. For someone so in tune with my body’s movements from dance training, I was extremely frustrated and confused! Nothing seemed to help with much success and lasting results until Dr. Feldman’s work.
  
  In addition to the remarkable physical benefits from my sessions with Ed, his work also gave me an even greater benefit: peace of mind and hope for my continued recovery. Dr. Feldman’s sessions brought about a release of the trauma surrounding this horrifying experience, as well as negative thoughts and emotions, some of which I did not even realize I had been holding onto.
  
  There are no words to sufficiently express my gratitude to Ed. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a therapist. Dr. Feldman has a truly profound ability to discover and release areas where tension and emotions are stuck, providing miraculous results!

  I found Dr. Feldman by chance - I noticed his shingle as I was driving to work, and was intrigued by the combination of modalities he had listed. I decided to try Dr. Feldman because I had reached a point physically and mentally where I really felt off. I was uncomfortable in my body – no longer enjoying my workouts, and finding myself not able to handle stress as easily as I used to. I decided to try Dr. Feldman’s approach, and I have to say that I have been amazed. The combination of the modalities works well together, and is like nothing I have ever experienced. I feel great after every session, and for the first time in years I wake up every morning free from back pain (which I thought was arthritis) and ready to start the day. The adjustments are “sticking”, and I honestly feel that the Feldenkrais is literally reprogramming my body. Being from the pharmaceutical world, I am a natural skeptic concerning anything that is not 100% in line with Western medicine and traditional treatments, but the way Dr. Feldman approaches these therapies has made a believer out of me!
