  It's always a pleasure to visit this store. There are numerous traditional German products. We especially enjoy seeing the cuckoo clocks. They do repairs also. The handcrafted Nativities, Christmas Pyramids, stars, blown glass ornaments are top quality. They have an extensive assortment of traditional foods, home goods & lace products. Make sure you visit all 3 floors, you'll be glad you did. Whenever we go to Peddler's Village, Fehrenbach Black Forest is a mandatory stop. Many times, we go to PV just to go to this comforting store. I forgot the Nutcrackers, oh my. Next time I'll take pictures. We're always too busy oohing & aahing to take pictures so far. Our children & grandchildren love this store.

  I gotta say when we come to peddlers village. This is our first store stop with us being German we love to see the culture and many products from Germany. The have especially German meats and candies for sale which we always get the goodies are they are delicious. Other products we also get there are top quality too. The people who work there too are very nice which shows we will always be back at this store. Love it 🇩🇪

  Though this is supposed to be a cuckoo clock shop, they sell a lot more than that. This is more like a German-Stuff-Store. For instance, they carry Marzipan-bars, the large ones. Also, Milka chocolate, Knorr instant soup, Dr. Oetker vanilla pudding powder. You will be surprised what you can find here.

  When we drove to this village and chatted with my husband in the car, I asked him which country he would like to visit again. (And we travel a lot) He did not have time to answer because I had already asked something else. But how surprised and delighted I was when your store became the first on our way. We love Germany very much! We met with delight a familiar products. We bought Bavarian linden honey and a charming cuckoo clock for my mother. We took some fun  photos in the  the store. Enjoyed the conversation with the seller. You guys made our day! Thank you! We will definitely come back!

  We had the misfortune of receiving a damaged clock. We emailed photos and a description of the damage. Within 12 hours we received a phone call. Within 18 hours a solution was provided and within 24 hours a replacement clock was shipped. The service at Fehrenbach as well as Schneider's in Germany was tremendous. The next time we are in the market for a authentic Black Forest clock we will not have to use Google to find it...we already know where we will place our order!
