  I used to hate all the delivery companies. Because of so many unpleasant experiences with them. But this time I have to give these ground delivery guys in my neighborhood credits! They're sooo helpful. I order cat food and cat litter very frequently. They're really heavy and bulky boxes. When I ordered from Amazon, USPS and UPS guys would just leave a notice after a little knocking on the door. Our buzzer only works on 1st floor. So most of time I'm actually home, just couldn't hear them. And when I occasionally see them in person and explain the situation they just say "sorry there's nothing we can do" and leave without care. We have no car. So I have to go pick up a bag of 40 lbs cat litter on foot. It's a joke!
  
  But I recently switched to Chewy. And these FedEx guys are amazing. They ALWAYS call me with their own cellphone when they get here and when I'm not home they would spend time coordinating with me until they leave the packages safe inside. I AM SO GRATEFUL. And they're so nice and friendly. One person even left me his phone number for easier coordination in the future. I've never being so happy with a delivery company. They're really doing a good job!
