  If you're looking for a new car, give Faulker Volvo a chance to impress you.
  
  I was thinking about getting a new car and made an appointment to come in and check out a '21 S60. Absolutely no pressure sales approach at this dealership and it was so refreshing after going to other dealers and feeling pushed into a new car. I was hooked up with Charlie and he was an amazing sales person and I couldn't recommend him more. After test driving the car and a quick numbers process, I left with a new Volvo. And they gave me a fair trade in on the car I brought them.
  
  The prices here are worth the trip alone but go here for the service and the no pressure sales. Highly recommend Faulkner Volvo and I'll be passing the word along to friends looking for a new ride!

  Pleasant, courteous, and expeditious service. After leaving a brief message about our plight while traveling (we purchased our Volvo at another dealer in Northern NJ) Ron, the service manager, called us back and arranged for the repair. Ron resolved all issues with the warranty company prior to our arrival. We are thankful for his caring actions and very positive attitude.

  Just leased our 2nd XC90 from Faulkner Volvo. In 2020 when I was 7 months pregnant and looking for a larger, family car, I had gone to Princeton Volvo and was treated like something someone had stepped in. I told my husband "we can get the Volvo but not from Princeton". That's when we found Faulkner. Marc (sales person) was kind and patient and not pushy at all. Listened to our needs and even went so far as to bring a vehicle to our house for us to look at and drive before deciding, just so my large pregnant self didn't have to come into the dealership.
  Span to this year, my lease was up and we were just going to buy the vehicle. Last week, they called to let us know of a few 2023 options they had at the same price point/monthly payment we were currently making. We went in and leased it immediately. James the GM was super personable and gracious for our business. Marc, again was a gem. Jenny in finance was sweet and helpful. And the young gentleman that helped with the lease documents (apologies for forgetting his name) was quick, thorough and friendly. Ron in the service department always has a smile on and is quick, responsive and helpful.
  Our new vehicle was detailed while we signed the paperwork and off we went. I am so happy with both of our experiences here that I just had to share. If your in NY, NJ, PA, DE or anywhere else and are looking for a Volvo (or any of their other auto brands) I highly suggest using Faulkner. They will do door to door service if needed - even in NYC! If that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is.
  Don't deal with snooty people when you don't have to. Fast, friendly service is here at your convenience!
  
  (PS - I almost never leave reviews on ANYTHING, so that shows how pleased I am with their service)

  Update: 7/24
  I'm thrilled to share an update to our recent experience at Faulkner Volvo dealership. Despite the initial valet appointment being rescheduled, I'm so glad we chose Faulkner. 🤩 Even though it's not the closest dealership to us, their easy online appointment booking convinced me to give them a try, and it was definitely worth it.
  
  The standout stars of our experience were MARK at the front desk and JEFF, who took care of returning our car in pristine condition. Their service was impressively quick, and we had our car back within just one business day. MARK handled everything with utmost care and attention, providing a "white glove style" service that made us feel valued as customers.
  
  Everything about our visit was outstanding - the communication with Mark was flawless, and we greatly appreciated the transparency in explaining the costs of the services performed. 😌 Additionally, the convenience of receiving a FREE loaner car while our Volvo was being fixed made the whole process even more seamless. 🚙 We couldn't have asked for more.
  
  Mark, thank you for elevating our experience from .5 to ten stars! Faulkner Volvo has won us over with their exceptional service and attention to detail. We'll definitely be returning for any future car needs. 😎
  
  7/21: I scheduled a valet pickup for my husband’s car since he can’t go and get it fixed at the dealership. Online appointment booking went smoothly but system still needs upgrades.
  Got a call the night before the scheduled appointment and was told that the location was outside of their valet service area and that we have to pay extra to do it and on top of that, we have to reschedule it. Got a little upset for the fact that we waited 3-4 days for this appointment just to be rebooked again.
  MARK FROM FRONT DESK made our disappointment go away by going above and beyond and makings sure that all of this is taken care of. He was very patient and explained to us what to expect and gave us an estimated timeframe and was very knowledgeable about how everything works. For now, i’ll give Faulkner Volvo a 5star.
  
  I’ll update this post after the service. We’ll see how it goes.

  A very positive experience purchasing a lightly used 2020 Volvo S60. Marc Handelsman our sales consultant was very easy to work with. We purchased the car sight unseen from a distance away. Marc worked as my eyes and conveyed a very honest description. The dealerships drivers delivered the car to me. It arrived in wonderful, better than described condition. We have had the car for a couple of months now and have been very pleased. Thank you to Marc and the Faulkner Volvo team .
