My initial call was returned within an hour, and within 5 days I had a replacement and was back in business. Fat Bear seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and they fixed the problem. Love the scooter!

(February 16, 2023, 12:31 pm)Customer service was quick they called me right back. It was pretty easy and understandable how to follow instructions to get replacement parts. I would recommend using some loctite on the mirrors that mount to the handlebars and using loctite on The handlebar bolt that holds the handlebars on the scooter. Take good care of your batteries in off-seasons and when you're done using your scooter make sure you charge your battery immediately and always keep it in a controlled environment on a full charge. Do the maintenance on your scooter when you're done riding it check for loose bolts for loosen vibrated hardware vibrations will make these things go bad. Don't forget to use loctite save yourself a lot of trouble.

(February 9, 2023, 8:32 pm)This scooter is so much fun! It's fast, reliable, and comfortable to ride. The tires provide excellent stability, which lets it handle some pretty rough terrain. Also having an extra seat on the fat cub is pretty awesome!
