Phenomenal experience! Owner saw that my larger order might be delayed slightly, but I needed a smaller batch asap, so he rushed shipped what they had on hand so I would be covered for my upcoming event. Customer service like this is so rare! I was really taken aback. Can’t recommend this company and their products highly enough!
this customer service is literally one of the best !! You have to respect and appreciate a company where the owners themselves are communicating with you. They're very knowledgeable so, I can say they don't just sell you lights, they also educate you and help you make the right decision when investing, all based on your profession. I went from being interested in Astera Ax1, to walking out with the "Titans" because of the overall visual benefits over the previous models. I will be back for future purchases .
After having many issues with my Astera lights they have gone above and beyond to help me get the issues fixed and went out of their way to help me meet deadlines for projects. This is by far the best online experience I have ever had!
I hadn't heard of Farralane so I was a little hesitant to make a BIG purchase from them (4 Astera AX1 kits, around 17K), despite the fact that they had the best prices online. But I really needed to spend as little as possible in this case, so I gave them a chance, and now I'll be a customer for life. The order arrived on time, as promised, but out of the 32 lights I ordered, there were a couple that had defects (due to the manufacturer, not Farralane). I emailed Farralane's customer service and Joe responded within 15 minutes. He got in touch with the manufacturer they ordered the lights from and had new ones being rushed to me by the end of the day. He sent me a prepaid UPS label to stick on the defective lights to send back. It literally could not have been easier. Great company, great gear, best prices online, killer customer service. I never write reviews but figured more people should know that this place is the real deal.
Farralane was great to work with from planning and ordering everything I needed for my DMX color changing lighting to the installation and set up. I would definitely recommend working with Sean and all the guys at Farralane.
