    Outstanding customer service!!
    I've known Dean for a long time but haven't had the need to shop my insurance. He's never pressured me to do so, just has always been there. When the need to get a new policy arose I thought of him first and wanted to give him a chance. The initial set up was seamless, quick and friendly. That much is expected though so I wasn't "impressed" there. What impressed me was while at DMV a mistake (that i'd made) was going to require me to get new insurance cards and thus another trip to DMV... I called and asked how long it'd take to get updated cards and if he could email them to me. He said he'd do his best and asked if he could call me right back. He called back within a couple minutes, not only had he emailed me the updated insurance card but also took the extra step to fax it to the Millbrook DMV office. I believe that you don't know how good your insurance agent is until it's time for a claim. I hope i never have to find that out, but am very confident that Dean will come through if i ever need him to! Thank you!!!

    Thanks. Dean for finding me cheaper , better ,and easier car insurance I can definitely afford. I'm loving my new insurance.
