They couldn't confirm my tickets on time due to credit card issues but they called and patiently waited until we got the card issue resolved. Confirmed tickets came with 24 hours. Delta suddenly notified us of updated schedule changes after 2 months, which now included two stops (original ticket had one stop). We contacted Farebubble and within 30 mins, Support representative Hazel Williams could provide us with an alternate flight with one stop and no penalty charges. We haven't traveled yet but ticket booking update was seamless.
