We just got back from an amazing cruise vacation. They planned everything for us from air to hotels to cruise, and we saw so many awesome places in Italy, Croatia, Turkey, and Greece.
The cruise ship was packed with cool stuff to do. We had a blast! Plus, Alex's team set up tours for us in most ports. We explored new cities, tried great restaurants, and learned lots of cool things. Best of all, Alex and his team always made sure we were having a good time by being available to address any questions we had before and during the trip.
A big thank you to Alex and his team for our amazing trip! We're already excited for our next adventure with them. They get five stars from us, for sure! -

(July 18, 2023, 6:36 pm)Family Travel Concierge did a wonderful job planning our trip to Quebec. Oleg was mindful of our needs, set us up with great hotels, and provided great ideas on what to do. It was the perfect blend of getting to see a remarkable city and getting to visit national parks. FTC make it really easy to keep track of your itinerary and keep in touch with you, as needed. Whale watching along the St. Lawrence was amazing!

(July 1, 2023, 4:20 pm)Alex went above and beyond in the planning (and facilitating) of our trip to Croatia. Not only did he provide us with great flights, affordable and beautiful hotels, and fun excursions/tours, but he helped us through every small mishap on the trip. Our luggage was lost and he followed up and made sure the luggage got to us. One of our hotels flooded before checking in, which altered some of our plans. He was instantly on it, calling our hotel and making sure they provided us with reasonable options, and making sure it fit with our itinerary. Alex will be with you from start to finish! We will definitely be using him for our future travel! Thank you SO much FTC!

Alex provided us with great hotel recommendations, and organized a fantastic guided tour that we will be talking about for years to come.
