  I am a patient and my husband John is a patient as well. I just wanted to say that Jackie is absolutely wonderful!! she is compassionate kind caring and considerate. she goes above and beyond for all people. We needed assistance with paperwork for my husband to start a new job and it was so much work that needed to be done and was involved for this new position I had to reach out and bother her probably four times and she never made me feel like I was bothering her at all. In between jobs when my diabetic husband did not have health insurance if she had free samples she would help us. I really just wanted to make sure you knew what an amazing person genuine and caring you have working in your office because we are most grateful for her.

  I highly recommend this family of doctors and employees. Even when you call, they are so concerned, friendly and efficent. My experiences are mostly with Dr. Giacona and Dr. Thompson.
  
  Dr. Giacona is so attentive and personable and really listens. I have been with her for well over 20 years. She is awesome!
  
  Dr.Thompson/Giacona were especially amazing to me when my daughter caught covid during the early onset. They used their former office space for a place where people who were sympomatic could be seen.
  
  They saved my daughter's life. I took her there, and the next day, Dr. Thompson called and said, (over a weekend), I want you to take her to get another chest xray. Infection had doubled. Dr. T immediately adjusted meds and told us to bring her in next day.
  
  When I took my daughter back then next morning, she could barely walk up the stairs from out den. I had her secluded. We pulled up and Giacona evaulated her and quickly turned her back to me and said to go right to the hospital. If Dr. Thompson/Giacona hadn't insist we follow up, she would have died in my den. They showed up when a lot of doctors were refusing covid patients. I'm eternally grateful to them and all of the wonderful staff. I know they saved my daughter.

  I have been a patient of Family Practice since 2000. I have always had a great experience, never had an issue with scheduling an appointment or seeing the Dr on a days notice. The entire staff has always been informative and helpful, whether it be to speak with the nurse or answer a billing question. Recently, Anna was very helpful in setting me up to see Dr G,. She was very friendly, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Family Practice of Middletown to any one who is looking for a very good family medical practice.
