They are an excellent example of what a family run business should be. Family Caregivers truly care about their employees and the wellbeing of the clients they serve.

(October 29, 2020, 2:11 pm)I am a current employee of this agency and I am honored to work for them. Yes sometimes things get confusing as with every employer/employee situation. No job is perfect and yes there is high turnover. A lot of that is just the nature of the field. They allow me the flexibility i need. I wish I made a little more money (don't we all) but even that, once explained to me, makes sense. I, as an employee also do not like being the new person going into provide care as the client has to tell me their routine. It is just sometimes, unavoidable. I care for the clients as I would my own family. I will be also using them for my dad when the time comes.

Gerry and Marty took the time to review our family situation and give recommendations with how to proceed including support for the family. The staff was extremely accommodating when it came to finding the right fit for a home care giver. You can tell they truly love what they do!
