  Moose and the team at Family Automotive have been fair and honest on all our visits to the repair shop. I have full confidence recommending friends and family to this establishment. It has a small shop feel with plenty of flexibility. Saturday hours are super.

  Went there a few days back for brake flush, differential fluid change and some other fixing. The gentleman at the reception is really a nice and polite person and ready to help. They did all the works really nice and charged me reasonably. Today I went there for repair of my 2016 highlander exhaust pipe. The gentleman received me though I did not have an appointment, and took care of the problem. He did not even charge me for the service even though he could have taken advantage of the situation. I really appreciate their service and honesty, and will definitely go back to them every time.

  They did right by me and were honest.
  
  After driving through too-deep puddles and causing unknown damage, I had no choice but to bring the car to someone local. I don't know mechanics in the area. Given the setup, they could have taken advantage of me.
  
  Instead, they diagnosed one problem accurately. The price I was quoted was within 10% of the "estimated cost of job" when using Google/YouTube videos of the repair. These people are honest and you will pay what you are supposed to. Very pleased to be treated right. 5 stars, honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold
