Their expertise and attention to detail are much better than one might expect from a small town private garage. They are prompt with scheduled repairs and services. They are affordable and more than reasonable with any agreed upon payment plans. They are as thourough as they can possibly be with any service or repair. They are friendly and informative and more than happy to explain the issues with your vehicle. They are a very busy shop because of these things predictably though. Despite this they will always honor any commitment. For me - this is a VERY HIGHLY recommended shop.

(July 16, 2022, 10:49 am)Recently had my car towed to Family Auto for a ball joint/axle issue. We got there right before close on Wednesday. We’re from out of town and had to leave the area by Saturday morning. My car was ready to go by Friday morning. I’m very impressed and thankful for the quick turn-around time. Prices were reasonable, I would definitely recommend them!
