  For our first home as a family I can gratefully say we are highly pleased with the living space.
  With a request switch over from one complex to the next Pam was exceptionally accommodating and helpful with the transfer Providing service of excellence
  With rent you get a 10 day grace period
  Everything remodeled and renovated from soup to nuts. Impeccably clean. Top of the line appliances. Good okè fashion friendly neighbors
  Our right next door neighbors have been residing in the complex for 10 yrs. offering there phone number on first day of move in. Feedback of loving the friendly peace and quite grounds
  Other people we’ve met during this just recent Fairfield Halloween Party with both South and North Sides gathering in the Clubhouse ALL on Fairfield Hills dime. Food ,fun, festivities, games,prizes and HAPPINESS!!!!
  Michelle & Joanne are actually hired through Fairfield for all holiday gatherings. These ladies were awesome!!! The kids has so much fun!!!
  We are above & beyond pleased with the integrity that infiltrates through the care of property management with Stacie and Supervisor Matt they take care business... Stacie answers calls sends teams out to provide exceptional maintenance care.
  The supervisor himself actually came out to take care of the situation.. pretty impressive
