(July 27, 2023, 10:05 pm)I love this company. Great customer service. Nice people. Huge showroom so you can see all the tubs (and they have many in stock). They convinced me that I needed a little hot tub when I was toying with the idea. And they were right! When my electrician messed up the installation they came right out to get it up and running. (I should have had them do it in the first place). Recently I had them transform it to a salt water system and that was done right away, no problems. Looking forward to continuing to use it year round. Let them help you figure out what you need.

(July 3, 2023, 8:48 pm)Called up another spa joint, tried to tell me I needed a whole new heater unit to the tune of $250 because a fitting was broken.
Went to Factory Spas Direct and Paul went out to the parts truck and popped the fitting I needed off another heater and handed me it no charge. That's service and a personal touch.
