they were polite and fast and great to work with. My carpet was beyond help and they were honest that even if they cleaned it, I wouldn't see much difference. I decided to leave it as is and they didn't even charge me for their trouble. Great company and I will definitely use them in the future.
F.. COOPER Carpets & Rugs cleaned my sofa today, and treated 3 pesky stains on my carpet.. He didn't promise to get them out, but he did!! Fantastic job.. Arrived on time, did the work quickly and left everything in order.. His prices are very reasonable. i'll call them again next time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning.
I had two large area rugs and 1 upholstered armchair that I wanted to have cleaned before moving to a new apartment.. The cleaners arrived on time and did a really great job with all 3 items - the rugs looked brand new when they were done, and the chair looked several shades brighter..
