  Not many gyms will compare to Eze Fit! The energy, members, and coaches are a few things that make this gym special. The workouts are awesome; intense, creative, motivating, sweaty, and have you leaving the gym feeling strong. Even though it’s group fitness, it feels very personalized. The staff makes it a point to introduce themselves and make you feel welcomed from the start. The coaches are always there to support you and push you to reach your highest potential of fitness. During that last minute or last rep of a hard workout it helps being surrounded by motivated members and coaches who are so supportive and truly care about your fitness goals. I look forward to my workout everyday and always leave the gym with a smile on my face!

  I walked in to the Eze Fit Howell gym with hesitation. I had resolved to face my fears and join a gym that had amazing local reviews from people I have seen around town.
  I was greeted with hugs, I have been coached with positivity, I have felt accepted. The other team members help as you work through the circuit. It is WORK but after the first 4 weeks, it feels so good.
  When a gym feels like a safe place you know you found a solution.
  I lost weight after 20 classes! I feel like this is where my dreams will come to fruition.

  I never thought I would be in the best shape of my life at nearly 40. I joined this gym to restart up an exercise routine and lose a few pounds but what I gained from it was so much more. I found a community of fun, supportive and encouraging trainers. They make anyone and everyone feel welcome at the gym. Not only have I improved myself physically, I have also developed more mental strength and self-confidence. Each day I arrive I am tested to the best of my ability. I actually I’m upset if I have to miss a class. All the members at Eze cheer each other on and encourage each other! Best gym around!

  No other gym compares to Eze Fit! It is THE BEST hands down. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are welcoming and so inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. An hour goes by in the blink of an eye and you walk out feeling fabulous every single time. You will not do the same workout twice and if you commit you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lifestyle change. I am in the best shape of my life at 40 years old, and I owe it to Eze.

  Eze has changed my life in so many ways. Not only am I in the best physical shape of my life at 35 but this gym is my happy place and where I feel the most mentally strong as well. Each trainer pushes you beyond what you think you are capable of and then some. The workouts are intense in the best way, fun and you always leave feeling with the best sense of accomplishment and community (FAMILY). Each gym location is amazing and they also offer virtual classes that can be taken from anywhere and also on demand at any time! There really are no excuses. What are you waiting for?!?! Try a free class any time :)
