  I had an amazing experience with Latoya. Her customer service is PHENOMENAL. She is very knowledgeable and Perfessinal and respectful and has soooo much patience. Make your way on over and buy some eye glasses or sunglasses she will definitely help you and you will leave very happy. If I could give 20 stars I would. Thank you Latoya

  This is the most professional optical eye store I've been to in riverhead. The staff is wonderful. I met a nice young lady i believed her name is Latoya . She completed my eye exam in a timely fashion. She was great and very swift .NO COMPLAINTS. make sure y'all Go check it out !!!

  Bought my first pair of frames today and loved the professionalism that I was met with by one of there employees named Latoya she really sat and helped me with all my needs and I walked out with a nice pair of designer lenses

  I came into Eye World Optical for my children and for myself. The customer service excelled what I had expected. I was helped by Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Explained everything to me till I understood my insurance policy and or other options. She allowed me to try on as many lenses as I wanted till I was satisfied on my first and second visit. I recommend this place for anyone with a prescription looking for glasses.
