  I went to Eye Society Boutique after a friend recommended it to me. Even though it was 30 min from my house, it was well worth it! Dr. Ramanathan was thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly! It was my first time getting contacts, and after explaining about the various types, she was extremely patient with me, first demonstrating how to put them in and then allowing me to do it myself.
  
  Effie at the front desk was also great! She explained my insurance benefits to me and guided me on what was covered with regards to frames vs lenses.
  
  It's rare to get such personal service these days, but you will get that at Eye Society Boutique! I will never go anywhere else!

  Who could say anything bad about an establishment like this place?! Effie (ophthalmic tech) and Dr. Ram are perfect examples of what top tier patient care should look like! Their office is very cozy and you do not feel rushed while getting an eye exam! These lovely ladies answered my wife’s questions and mine very thoroughly! People often neglect their eye health. This is the perfect place to go to make sure your eyes are in great shape! They also are a female owned business and have a variety of cool frames to choose from (you get bored from choosing the same styles from regular eye glasses stores lol) Thank you ladies again for all of your wonderful help 👓🤓🥰

  I had a really great experience at Eye Society Boutique as a new patient establishing care! The office is really clean and Dr. Ramanathan is super friendly and knowledgeable. She made the transition to NJ very easy for me! Couldn’t recommend them enough. :)

  I think Dr Ramanathan was wonderful—very thorough, honest and informative. After my eye exam, she gave such an expert diagnosis and treatment which I never knew, nor was it ever revealed to me from previous optometrist appointments — in fact, I was given an incorrect diagnosis which kind of floored me — (tho it’s not serious, she just made me aware, and gave me advice and simple remedies), and was very grateful for her professionalism and advice! And Effie was a genuine GEM! She actually fixed my old pair of glasses perfectly and wondered why my previous eyeglass supplier didn’t fix what was needed. Effie made sure I received supreme customer service and care! The reason I’m giving 4 stars, however, because of how expensive my frames/progressives were. I’m not sure if it’s Eye Society Boutique or the manufacturer’s prices. Other than that, it’s a great place.

  I’m so happy I discovered Eye Society! My experience was much different than previous exams. Dr. Ramanathan and Effie took their time, they were personable and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed to pick out a pair of glasses and Effie took her time to breakdown my insurance and help me make the best choice. I highly recommend Eye Society and will encourage my family to book here as well!
