(June 8, 2023, 5:19 pm)I had a great experience 🤩. The staff was very kind, patient, and welcoming 🫶🏼. They are very considerate of any financial situation and give you the time you need to pay it up. I even got help picking out my frames 😊; (since I am always very indecisive and was usually unhappy when I picked them out on my own 😬 .) and now, I’m awaiting my order within a few weeks 😁. I definitely recommend going here 💯. I’m sure if you’re nice to them they’ll be nice to you and your appointment will go as smoothly as mine 🙌🏼.

(May 30, 2023, 4:42 pm)The doctor I saw was great and gave a really complete eye exam unlike chain eye doctors who just give you a quick look and send you out. The selection of glasses to choose from was so good. There were so many choices and varieties. In the past I’ve only ever seen really boring frames when I’ve gone to get new glasses at other places, but there were tons of colors and frame shapes here!

(May 11, 2023, 10:50 pm)Most people don’t realize there is a trial and error process when you first get contacts. I’m so thankful for Dr. Kessler. She is caring and patient, and her knowledge and experience are evident in her ability to identify issues & find solutions that ensure the contacts they order for you will not only correct your vision but be comfortable for you to wear.
The office staff is also wonderful!! There was a mistake with my contact order and I didn’t get the full year of lenses from my insurance. I was short six months of lenses but woman at the desk took care of issue quickly, even making sure to keep me updated every step of the way as I awaited order with remainder of contacts for the year. Very reliable and friendly service.
If you need eye doctor, Dr. Kessler and her staff are the way to go.
